ONLINE STORE TERMS

If you continue to violate the mentioned usage criteria, your account will be suspended, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

REFUND POLICY

At www.ucademic.in, we reserve the right to make any changes to our courses. If you have enrolled in a course and made the required payment, please familiarize yourself with our refund policy outlined below. The refund timeline is limited to 10 days from the date of course purchase if the course content is not provided as promised. Please review the “Terms & Conditions for Refund Policy” provided below.
It is important to note that refund timelines are subject to the bank turnaround time and RBI guidelines, which may change periodically.
Returns and refunds for purchases made on www.ucademic.in are accepted within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment, minus any convenience charges (5%), book charges (Rs. 2000) in case books have been delivered, and Delivery & Return Charges (Rs. 500) in case books have been dispatched from the warehouse. Once a refund is issued, please allow up to 15 business days for it to be applied to your account, as processing times may vary depending on your banking institution.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REFUND POLICY

• Personal Issues/Financial Issues: Refunds will not be entertained in case of personal or financial issues.
• Quality of Mentorship: Demo videos of the course are available on our YouTube channel for free. Aspirants are expected to review these videos before enrolling in the course. No refund will be initiated based on dissatisfaction with the quality of mentorship.
• Timing of Classes: Classes are scheduled in the morning or evening, without reservations or biases. If there is an issue with maintaining uniformity in the schedule, recorded versions of the classes can be accessed anytime via our mobile application or web platform. No refunds will be initiated in this case.
• Course Coverage: Our mentors adhere to the module of the exam. Aspirants are advised to review the course contents before enrolling. In the event that a module important from the exam’s perspective is found to be missing, mentors will address the issue and include it in the upcoming schedule. No disputes or requests for refund will be entertained in this case.
• Language Barrier: The language of the course is clearly indicated in the course bundle before purchase. No refund will be initiated based on language preferences. However, if the course language differs from what was initially communicated, a refund will be initiated.
• Discontinuation of Preparation: If a student decides at any point that they no longer wish to continue with their preparation, no refund will be initiated.
• Ineligibility for the Exam: If a student discovers upon enrollment that they are ineligible to appear in the exam, no refund will be initiated.
